Behind The Brand — behind the brand

Isn't It Ironic?

Posted by Christy Steele on

Here are some life truths I have been randomly pondering back and forth. 1. Some people say it's never too late to ___________. (fill in the blank with whatever you want.) But let's face it. Sometimes it is. So do the thing you have been putting off. Take one step toward it each day. As I type this I can honestly say I mostly have done that. Buuuutttttt.....there is something that is peeking out from behind a corner in my brain that I haven't taken steps toward in awhile. I need to get on that. 2. If you start a...

I Don’t Have to Help God!

Posted by Shelly James on

I was reading through a post and came across a line that said, “I don’t have to help God.” That really stuck out to me. At first I took a little offense to it. What do you mean, I don’t have to help God? I should help Him do His job. Wouldn’t that make Him happy to have some help? I could be a better person by gossiping less. God's grace has us covered, when we stray. But regardless if you are a believer or not, we hope you see we are like you in some ways. And even though threads of our spiritual beliefs are woven into our business, our blog posts, our social media, and our business name we...

Looking Back On The Blessings Of 2020

Posted by Christy Steele on

'I know the title to this blog post seems to be in conflict with what most people think of when they think, "2020". It has even become a catch phrase on social media. "That's so 2020" (along with many more). In no way at all would I want to diminish the trials, heartbreaks, and sickness that many have endured this year. This year hasn't been easy for my family either. But looking back it has been a blessed year. But I tend to be a cup half full type of person. My survival and sanity depends on not letting the...
